Mes Invités de Mariage is not yet on sale. Until it opens, sign-up is reserved for people with an access code. The demo, however, is open to everyone.
What you manage
Replies, with no chasing by phone
Your guests reply from a link or the QR code on the invitation, without creating an account. Each person in the household gives their first name, age and dietary requirements. You send an email reminder to those who haven’t replied.
Meals, counted the way a caterer expects them
Ceremony, drinks reception, dinner, brunch: you tick who comes to what. Headcounts per meal, children and dietary requirements come out as a list ready to pass on.
Accommodation, night by night
You set up the rooms and holiday cottages, assign everyone for each night and see the free beds. Door labels print themselves.
Seating plan
You draw the room and drop guests onto the tables. The plan shows everyone’s dish and flags allergies.
Menus and printing
Compose the menu for each meal, then print the place cards, the programme to display and the room sheets.
After the party
Your guests upload their photos and videos from their phones. You tick off the gifts received and send your thanks to everyone.

Mes Invités de Mariage is designed by a wedding professional, a caterer since 2012. The tool grew out of the trade: each list answers a question that a supplier really asks couples. How many adults, how many children, which diets, at which meal.
It has proved itself over a real party weekend: 115 people, 5 meals, 22 stays.
