Caterers: the right figures
Place settings, dishes, dietary needs, no re-entry
Your clients collect their guests’ replies. You receive a numbered order form: covers per meal, dishes chosen, dietary requirements and allergies name by name.
What you gain
A proper order form, not a spreadsheet sent at midnight
The couple confirm a version; you indicate that you have received it. If a reply changes, the order is marked out of date until the next version.
Meals counted the way you serve them
Adults, children, suppliers’ meals separately, by moment: drinks reception, dinner, brunch.
Dietary requirements and allergies, name by name
These are the guests’ own statements, with the household concerned. Practical needs too: high chairs, step-free access.
A question? Write it on the order form
You write to the couple from their file; they reply in the same place. You never change their answers.
You only see what concerns you
The couple choose what they share. Never their messages, their photos, or their guests’ contact details.
A code to give as a gift
Each code opens a full space for your clients. It is up to you to offer it or include it in your service.
How it works
You create your supplier space, free of charge. Your couples link you to it, or you give them their own space with a credit, then they choose what they share with you. You find their weddings in your space, on computer or phone.
You keep your quoting and invoicing tools: this one is for preparing the wedding with your clients, using the same information.
