The service
- What is Mes Invités de Mariage?
- Mes Invités de Mariage is an online tool for organising your wedding: guest replies, meals and diets, accommodation, seating plan, budget, tasks, suppliers, ceremony and big-day schedule. It was designed by a wedding caterer in business since 2012.
- Who is it for?
- For couples preparing their wedding, and for the professionals who support them: caterers, wedding organisers, reception venues, photographers, DJs.
- Do I need to install an app?
- No. The service works in the browser, on computer, tablet and phone. A copy of the schedule can be kept on your phone for the big day, for when the network is down.
The guests
- Do my guests have to create an account to reply?
- No. They open your wedding’s link, reply in a few minutes and receive a link to change their reply. No account, no password.
- Can we invite some people to the drinks reception only?
- Yes. A personal link for each household lets you offer each one the events they are invited to: ceremony, drinks reception, meal, brunch.
- How are dietary requirements and allergies collected?
- Each guest states them for themselves when replying. The information follows the person to their seat at the table and appears on the voucher for the caterer.
- Can I reuse a guest list I already have?
- Yes. A list kept in a spreadsheet can be imported, replies already received included.
The price
- How much does Mes Invités de Mariage cost?
- The price is €49.90 incl. VAT per wedding, paid once. There is no subscription and no limit on the number of guests.
- Can I try before paying?
- Yes. The trial lasts 15 days, with all features and no bank card. A demo is also open to everyone, with no sign-up.
- What happens at the end of the trial?
- The space becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, but you need to pay to keep editing.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, on simple request within 15 days of payment, and at the latest two days before the wedding. After that, or once the wedding has taken place, there is no refund.
The professionals
- Is the supplier space paid?
- No, it is free. All you need is an active SIRET number, checked at sign-up.
- What does a supplier see of their clients’ wedding?
- Only what the couple choose to share with them, view-only: for example, cover counts and dietary requirements for a caterer. A supplier never changes a wedding’s data.
- Can a supplier offer the tool to their couples?
- Yes, through credits: one credit opens a complete space for one couple. The price falls with quantity.
Your data
- Who can see my wedding information?
- You, and the people you give access to. The site’s publisher does not view a wedding’s content without the couple’s permission.
- Can I get my data back?
- Yes, at any time: the guest list, replies and documents can be exported from your space.
