Your couples prepare their wedding in their own space and open up to you whatever your work needs. You find all your weddings in one place.
What you gain
Planner: view or manage
Headcounts, schedule, tasks, chosen suppliers, and the budget if the couple wants. Or they entrust their space to you: you work in it as they do, in the sections they choose, with every change noted under your name.
Photographer: the session on your phone
Group photos in the order wanted, the names to call, the person who gathers each group. You tick them off as you go.
DJ: the music, approved
Tracks by moment, those to avoid, the speeches and the surprises that concern you. You approve the version received.
Officiant: the ceremony reviewed
The schedule, texts, speakers. You approve, and the couple know whether anything has changed since.
Reception venue: the set-up
Headcounts, times, set-up and clear-down, practical needs, access and parking.
Nothing without the couple’s consent
Each access and each management right is confirmed by the couple, section by section, and can be withdrawn at any time. Everything is recorded in their log.
How it works
You create your supplier space, free of charge. Your couples link you to it, or you give them their own space with a credit, then they choose what they share with you. You find their weddings in your space, on computer or phone.
You keep your quoting and invoicing tools: this one is for preparing the wedding with your clients, using the same information.
